Spolo\u010dn\u00e9 akcie odborov\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed na preklenutie rodov\u00e9ho rozdielu v odme\u0148ovan\u00ed \u201d je partnersk\u00fd projekt 10 organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed z 9 r\u00f4znych kraj\u00edn (Bulharsko, Taliansko, Severn\u00e9 Maced\u00f3nsko, \u010cierna Hora, Malta, Rumunsko, Srbsko, Slovensko, Po\u013esko). Prij\u00edmate\u013eom projektu je Gener\u00e1lny odborov\u00fd zv\u00e4z pracovn\u00edkov z Malty a je financovan\u00fd s podporou Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie.<\/p>\n<p>Tento mimoriadne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd projekt sa zaober\u00e1 ot\u00e1zkami rodov\u00e9ho rozdielu v odme\u0148ovan\u00ed naprie\u010d Eur\u00f3pou, a to ako v \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch E\u00da, tak aj v kandid\u00e1tskych krajin\u00e1ch. Projekt \u201eMind the GAP\u201c sa zameriava na nieko\u013eko hlavn\u00fdch cie\u013eov, ako je zv\u00fd\u0161enie spolupr\u00e1ce z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch kraj\u00edn pri monitorovan\u00ed transpoz\u00edcie smernice E\u00da o transparentnosti odme\u0148ovania, posilnenie schopnost\u00ed odborov\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 kolekt\u00edvne vyjedn\u00e1vanie na prekonanie rodov\u00e9ho rozdielu v odme\u0148ovan\u00ed prostredn\u00edctvom online alebo tradi\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161kolen\u00ed, zv\u00fd\u0161enie pr\u00edspevku odborov\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed do tvorby politiky E\u00da (odpor\u00fa\u010dania zalo\u017een\u00e9 na pr\u00e1ci monitorovac\u00edch t\u00edmov, odborn\u00edkov a z\u00e1stupcov odborov\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed), efekt\u00edvnej\u0161iu implement\u00e1ciu smernice o transparentnosti odme\u0148ovania v \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch E\u00da, ako aj lep\u0161ie porozumenie smernice o transparentnosti odme\u0148ovania v kandid\u00e1tskych krajin\u00e1ch. V neposlednom rade je cie\u013eom aj zlep\u0161enie spolupr\u00e1ce odborov\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed pri rozv\u00edjan\u00ed \u010fal\u0161\u00edch krokov a odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed na zn\u00ed\u017eenie rodov\u00e9ho rozdielu v odme\u0148ovan\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Uplat\u0148ovanie pracovn\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va a pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 stereotypov o rodov\u00fdch \u00faloh\u00e1ch na\u010falej predstavuj\u00fa z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 prek\u00e1\u017eky pri rie\u0161en\u00ed rodov\u00fdch rozdielov vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine kraj\u00edn. Rozdiel v odme\u0148ovan\u00ed v s\u00fakromnom sektore predstavuje v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m pre nedostato\u010dn\u00fa transparentnos\u0165 platov, preto je nevyhnutn\u00e9 povinn\u00e9 vykazovanie platov a zapojenie odborov, spolu so z\u00e1konn\u00fdmi r\u00e1mcami a mechanizmami zodpovednosti zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov. K\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou tohto \u00fasilia je smernica E\u00da o transparentnosti odme\u0148ovania z roku 2023, ktor\u00e1 vy\u017eaduje transparentnos\u0165 platov vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch s cie\u013eom odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 rozdiely v odme\u0148ovan\u00ed. Hoci je t\u00e1to smernica ve\u013ek\u00fd krok spr\u00e1vnym smerom, na jej \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 uplatnenie bude potrebn\u00e1 zna\u010dn\u00e1 in\u0161titucion\u00e1lna podpora.
