Ac\u021biuni comune ale organiza\u021biilor muncitore\u0219ti pentru reducerea diferen\u021bei de remunerare \u00eentre femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi\u201d reune\u0219te, \u00eentr-un parteneriat interna\u021bional, zece organiza\u021bii din nou\u0103 \u021b\u0103ri europene \u2013 Bulgaria, Italia, Macedonia de Nord, Muntenegru, Malta, Rom\u00e2nia, Serbia, Slovacia \u0219i Polonia. Ini\u021biativa este coordonat\u0103 de Sindicatul General al Lucr\u0103torilor din Malta \u0219i beneficiaz\u0103 de sprijinul financiar al Uniunii Europene.<\/p>\n<p>Acest proiect deosebit de valoros \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 combat\u0103 inegalit\u0103\u021bile salariale de gen la nivel european, adres\u00e2ndu-se at\u00e2t statelor membre ale Uniunii Europene, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u021b\u0103rilor aflate \u00een proces de aderare. Ini\u021biativa \u201eMind the GAP\u201d urm\u0103re\u0219te mai multe obiective esen\u021biale: \u00eent\u0103rirea colabor\u0103rii dintre \u021b\u0103rile participante \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te monitorizarea transpunerii Directivei UE privind transparen\u021ba salarial\u0103; dezvoltarea capacit\u0103\u021bii organiza\u021biilor sindicale de a folosi eficient negocierea colectiv\u0103 ca instrument pentru reducerea diferen\u021belor salariale \u00eentre femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi, prin sesiuni de formare online \u0219i fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103; sporirea contribu\u021biei sindicatelor la conturarea politicilor europene, prin recomand\u0103ri elaborate pe baza muncii echipelor de monitorizare, a exper\u021bilor \u0219i a reprezentan\u021bilor sindicali; implementarea mai riguroas\u0103 a Directivei \u00een statele membre ale UE; aprofundarea \u00een\u021belegerii prevederilor acesteia \u00een \u021b\u0103rile candidate; \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, consolidarea colabor\u0103rii \u00eentre organiza\u021biile muncitore\u0219ti pentru formularea unor pa\u0219i concre\u021bi \u0219i recomand\u0103ri sustenabile \u00een vederea reducerii decalajului salarial de gen.<\/p>\n<p>Aplicarea legisla\u021biei muncii \u0219i persisten\u021ba stereotipurilor legate de rolurile tradi\u021bionale de gen continu\u0103 s\u0103 reprezinte obstacole semnificative \u00een calea reducerii inegalit\u0103\u021bilor salariale \u00eentre femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi \u00een majoritatea \u021b\u0103rilor. Pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi respectarea reglement\u0103rilor existente, este nevoie de mecanisme mai eficiente de implementare, precum \u0219i de campanii sus\u021binute de con\u0219tientizare public\u0103. Participarea redus\u0103 a femeilor pe pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i segregarea profesional\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n realit\u0103\u021bi preocupante. \u00cen acest context, se impun politici care s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze concediul paternal \u0219i s\u0103 promoveze o clasificare a locurilor de munc\u0103 neutr\u0103 din punct de vedere al genului. Normele patriarhale, adesea ad\u00e2nc \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cinate \u00een mentalul colectiv, continu\u0103 s\u0103 fr\u00e2neze progresul, iar prezen\u021ba redus\u0103 a femeilor \u00een func\u021biile bine remunerate eviden\u021biaz\u0103 nevoia urgent\u0103 de politici sensibile la perspectiva de gen \u0219i de crearea unor oportunit\u0103\u021bi reale de acces la pozi\u021bii de conducere. Este esen\u021bial\u0103 \u0219i o transformare cultural\u0103 profund\u0103, orientat\u0103 spre un model de leadership incluziv \u0219i spre politici care s\u0103 asigure un mediu de munc\u0103 echitabil pentru to\u021bi. \u00cen sectorul privat, decalajele salariale sunt adesea mai pronun\u021bate, din cauza lipsei de transparen\u021b\u0103. De aceea, se impune raportarea obligatorie a salariilor, al\u0103turi de implicarea activ\u0103 a organiza\u021biilor sindicale, \u00een cadrul unui cadru legislativ clar \u0219i cu mecanisme eficiente de responsabilizare a angajatorilor. Un pilon fundamental al acestui demers este Directiva UE privind transparen\u021ba salarial\u0103, adoptat\u0103 \u00een anul 2023, care prevede obligativitatea transparen\u021bei salariale \u00een toate statele membre, av\u00e2nd ca scop eliminarea diferen\u021belor de remunerare.
