The main objectives of the project are: increased cooperation of participating countries in monitoring the EU\u2019s pay transparency directive transposition, strengthened capabilities to use the collective bargaining by workers organizations to bridge the gender pay gap by means of online and offline trainings, enhanced worker\u2019s organizations contribution to EU policy making (recommendations based on the works of monitoring teams, experts and workers organizations\u2019 representatives), more effective implementation of Pay Transparency Directive in the participating EU countries as well as improved understanding of the Pay Transparency Directive in Candidate Countries, finally enhanced cooperation of workers organizations for the development of next steps and recommendations to reduce gender pay gap (improved mutual exchanged of knowledge how to tackle gender pay gap). The project brings together partners from the countries with different level of gender pay gap and different approaches in narrowing the gap.
